NEO Media is a company that was founded at the end of 2009. It mainly deals with the exhibiting of outdoor advertising and is based on European capital. Since 2009, NEO Media has concluded agreements through its subsidiary with the local self-governments of Mustamäe, Kesklinna, Haabersti, Lasnamäe and Kristiine, the City of Tartu, as well as with some private owners, which allow for the exhibition of the outdoor advertising. Silikaat Group is a group of companies that belong to Estonian capital and are Estonian-owned. The oldest of these companies is AS Silikaat, whose trademark has been recognised since 1910. Also, the name SILIKAAT comes from the name of the main product, sandlime (calcium silicate) brick, produced by the Group’s oldest company. At present, the Group consists of 13 different companies.
